Orgasm Workshop?
So THIS is where my $9.00 OPIRG $1.50 Trent Queer Collective and $2.75 Trent Women's Centre levies are going?

The link requires you to sign up for something. What are you referring to?
Students are forced to pay for all sorts of crap that no one would support if they had a choice. An aspiring student should run on a campaign to de-fund all organizations, he/she would get the most attention on campus since all these funded groups would attack and re-attack that individual constantly.
I don't think orgasm workshops necessarily violate religious principles. Not like, say, a direct and offensive (in the two main senses of the term) pro-abortion campaign at UVic.
Or racist bylaws regarding which "colour groups" could teach which kinds of non-course classes on campus grounds. You and I, Spitfire, aren't allowed to teach drum lessons or traditional West-Coast carving arts at UVic, you know...
The all-time favourite has to be the active efforts spent opposing the UVYC's Date Rape Drugs Awareness Campaign. I almost wanted to kill myself by the end of fighting with those bastards.
Whether if violates religious principles is irrelevant. It certainly defies good taste and is not likely what people expect they're funding when they're doling out their hard earned cash on various Uni fees.
If you need a workshop or other instruction in THAT then you shouldn't be at Uni in the first place :)
